What is Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is a scientifically designed beginner yoga series that is performed in a heated room. This dynamic series and works your entire body from head to toe. No matter what physical shape you are in or what limitations you believe you have, this is the yoga for you.

The heat combined with the postures is what makes Bikram yoga so unique. The room is heated to 105 degrees F (40.5 degrees C) for increased circulation and to help eliminate toxins though our largest organ of our bodies the skin. When the body is warm it creates more movement allowing you to go deeper in the tight areas of your body meanwhile preventing injury. This way you will see faster results from all your hard work.
