Bikram Yoga Northwest offers one on one instruction for your individual needs. This is time
to answer your questions about Hatha Yoga, the postures, proper Alignment, Health issues
or injuries unique to you. No two bodies are the same and taking this time to understand
your individual journey through Yoga will deepen your practice and make your time in the
Heated room even more enjoyable.
Privates sessions are held inside or outside the heated room and can range from a single
event to ongoing sessions.

Bikram Yoga Welcomes pregnant women into regular class. Since the room will be heated to
regular temperature we ask that you have a regular hot yoga practice before conception.
This way you are already comfortable with the series and your body knows how to maintain
regular temperature. Please advise all teachers before class on how far along you are so

Kids ranging from ages 10 & up are welcome to join regular classes in the studio. They
must be accompanied by and Adult until age 16. For our Little Sprouts Ages 4-10 can
participate in our Kids Yoga classes with Vidasana Living. Children benefit immensely from
yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.
Mentally their concentration, sense of calmness and relaxation improves. In addition to yoga,
they'll learn about art, drumming, music, nutrition and the environment.

Rocky van der Hoek is a Registered Massage Therapist & Master Herbalist with specialties in
Pharmacognosy (Herbology I & II), Iridology, Hot stone massage and many other Healing Arts.
